CONSULTATION PROCESS - 3 steps

Pre consultation - pre-consultation questionnaire.

Consultation is 50 minutes. I take an iris picture, and we take a deep dive into your food; hydration; sleep; elimination; stress & movement. This information, together with reading your iris picture bring together these many aspects of you that indicate the benefits of specific nutrition, lifestyle & natural therapeutics for you.

Post consultation - herbal formulae are formulated and made specifically for you. The consultation process will determine which herbs will be supportive for you. Herbs are priced separately.

Consultations take place at Aurora Therapy Centre in Sandycove.
